Rear Bedrooms – with plenty of space in the back gardens, a number of the bungalows have built rearward extensions to a bedroom; producing a larger master bedroom and using the space released by the original room for a dressing room and en-suite. With the large gardens, and the ‘H-shape’, none of these have had any significant impact on the rear elevations.

Interestingly, though, none of the extensions have been in the form envisaged by the original architect; who had allowed for two bedrooms to be added behind bedroom 2!
